I coordinate and facilitate the signing process according to the requirements of your documents and the instructions provided by your attorney or document provider — calm, organized, and at your door.
Estate-planning paperwork often has to be signed exactly right — in front of a notary, with witnesses, and in a particular order. When you or a loved one is home, hospitalized, or receiving hospice care, the last thing you need is to gather everyone in a busy office to get it done.
I bring the appointment to you. I review the signing requirements ahead of time, coordinate witnesses when your documents call for them, and provide notarial services as applicable — so the signing is organized, unhurried, and handled with care.

Not every document requires notarization or witnesses — the requirements depend on the specific document and the instructions provided with it. I follow those requirements; I do not decide what documents you need.

A mobile signing appointment designed for estate-planning documents. Services may include advance review of signing requirements, mobile travel, signing coordination, witness coordination when needed, and notarial services as applicable to the documents. Priced per signer — if two people are signing, the fee applies to each signer.
